How does the free trial work?+
Every new workspace gets 14 days of the full product, free — no card required. Before the trial ends we agree a plan with you so your library keeps running; nothing is deleted.
What does Oasis cost?+
Pricing depends on how much you store, how many people need access and how many brands you run — so we quote it rather than publish a number. Tell us about your library and we come back within one business day.
Can I import my existing Google Drive or Dropbox?+
Yes. Oasis guides you through connecting Drive or Dropbox, scans your folders, suggests tags and collections, and migrates files in the background — your originals stay untouched until you decide.
What does the AI tagging actually do?+
Each image you upload can be described and tagged by a vision model (via OpenRouter). Those AI tags and descriptions feed the same search as everything else, so you find assets by what's in them — not just by filename.
What are campaigns?+
Campaigns group assets you're about to publish and generate platform-ready sizes for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, Facebook and Pinterest — smart-cropped images and re-encoded MP4 video, rendered in the background.
Can I share assets with people outside my team?+
Two ways: publish a collection as a public read-only share link, or invite guests into the workspace restricted to exactly the collections you grant them.
What happens to my files if I cancel?+
Your originals are always yours. If a subscription ends, the workspace goes read-only — contact support within 90 days to export or reactivate.
